Hydroxy Ethyl Urea Liquid
A synthetic derivative of urea that acts as a powerful moisturizer and humectant, allowing the skin to cling to water and so remain hydrated and elastic. INCI Name- Hydroxyethyl Urea Molecular Formula- C3H8N2O2 Alternative Names- Monoethanolurea, 2-Hydroxyethylurea Purity of Ingredient- 99% Country of Origin- India BENEFITS AND APPLICATION- Hydroxyethyl Urea contains a lot of moisture, making it an effective active component for dry skin. Hydroxyethyl Urea promotes skin regeneration by stimulating microcirculation and encouraging cell renewal. When applied directly to the skin in a thin layer, it can treat mild burns, sunburns, irritation, eczema, itching, and atopic skin. HOW IT WORKS- It works by extracting moisture from the air and fixing it onto the top layers of the skin, hydrating it in the process. CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY- We recommend using it at a concentration of 5% for the best results. It is soluble in water but is insoluble in oils. HOW TO USE- Prepare the oil and water phases of the formulation separately. Add our hydroxyethyl urea to the heating water phase, accompanied by constant stirring. Blend both phases using a mini-mixer or a large mixing spoon. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the mixture and stir until you get the desired homogenous mixture.
