Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Akshar Exim Company Private Limited (GSTIN 19AAJCA0466C1ZW) through aksharshop.com, phone, WhatsApp or email.

1. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude GST and freight unless shown.
2. Payment: advance against a proforma invoice, unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
3. Dispatch: usually within 2 to 5 working days of payment, by road transport or courier. Delivery times depend on the transporter.
4. Freight and unloading are at the buyer\'s cost unless agreed otherwise.
5. Invoicing: a GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Please give your correct GSTIN before dispatch.
6. Quantity tolerance: plus or minus 2% on bulk orders.
7. Specifications: the batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the binding specification. Buyers should confirm suitability for their application.
8. Safety: buyers must store, handle and use products as set out in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
9. Returns: as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
10. Liability: our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.
11. Jurisdiction: any dispute is subject to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
