We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is - If an item you ordered from chemicalbuying.com does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you. We are dedicated at chemicalbuying.com to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

Always email us first if you have a problem on [email protected] within 24 hours. 
• In case of product return, we will issue refund once we received the product back at our office. All items to be returned must be unused.
• Returns would not be accepted for stitched items. If you are getting product stitched to your size than return is not possible.
• Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the product.
• We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
• We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we\'ll give you instructions on how to proceed.

In case if you do not like the product which you received from chemicalbuying.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days.

We will issue 90% refund of product price (10% will be Order Processing Charges). Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on our website before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
